Canada's involvement in the NATO war against Yugoslavia violates the Constitution of Canada.

The Canadian Parliament has not been allowed to debate our involvement in the war.

Canada has supplied spent Uranium for American bombs to be dropped on the hapless citizens of Yugoslavia.

With full Canadian complicity, weapons are being used which have been banned as barbaric and inhuman by every civilized organization and nation on earth.

International law is being violated and Canada is blindly following the dictates of a foreign government.

Yet Canada's Parliament seems helpless to abide by its own Constitution and by international law and human decency. Canada's political parties remain silent, passively accepting the erosion of our sovereignty and our once admired moral position in the world. While our politicians have remained silent about these urgent crises,
