Brothers and sisters, I thank you all again for the steadfastness, dignity and love which you have shown in coming here day after day for these peaceful yet powerful rallies for our suffering Serbian people and nation.
I want to make it profoundly clear, however, that we are not doing this only for Yugoslavia, nor only for the Serbian and Albanian citizens suffering under the insanity of the NATO aggression. Our protests, our rallies have a greater cause, because we are standing against the forcible spread of a New World Order: a New World Order based on arrogance, lies, deceit, greed and immorality.
Today is the 33rd day of the bombing of Serbia. Let us recall that our Saviour was crucified in His 33rd year, and now we see that the servant is not greater than the master. Make no mistake: this violent rage of NATO is not aimed against Mr Milosevich and his wrongdoings; it is aimed against something greater - against the Serbian people, the Serbian culture and history and against the Orthodox Christian Faith.
Brothers and sisters, Serbia has stood in the breach before. The Serbs were the guardians of the gate who held back the Ottoman hordes and spared all of Europe. In 1389, Serbia was crucified on the cross of Kosovo and the rest of Europe remained free. Again, Serbia stood in the breach against the Nazis. It was Serbia that tied down the Nazis so that they could not pit the full force of their mighty army against the other allies - the same allies that now so savagely bomb us. Was it not at Ravna Gora that the first movement of resistance against Hitler began? Once more, Serbia was crucified and the rest of Europe, Canada and America benefitted from the blood and suffering of our Serbian people.
Now, brothers and sisters, Serbia stands once more in the breach, Serbs are once more the guardians of the gate, this time against the spreading darkness of the Clinton/Albright New World Order - a brave new world of immorality, perjury, arrogance, lies and greed. This New World Order seeks to reshape the structure of nations for the economic benefit of a few - the world's wealthiest and most powerful. Using the fantasy of the "higher Western culture," the New World Order seeks to colonize the smaller, poorer and more vulnerable nations of the world in order to entrench the power and wealth of an oligarchy of wealthy corporations and a small, tight community of the extremely rich. The New World Order seeks to undermine and destroy the sovereignty of nations not only with treaties obtained by ultimatum, for unrestricted investment and trade, but through cultural aggression and the national moral and spiritual destruction that come with it.
Now the New World Order has contrived to make NATO its own armed forces. Rather we should say America has made NATO its own. Make no mistake, the Unites States, the author of the "New World Order," was troubled over the economic competition and independence of the European Union, so the American government contrived to use NATO as a means of annexing the European Union and controlling Europe; not only the present E.U. state, but the emerging economies of Eastern Europe. The facade doctrine of this New World Order is "Atlanticism" and "the four pillars" of Malcolm Rifkind.
NATO is now in the process creating a prison house of nations; nations deprived of their sovereignty, bludgeoned into conformity and economic and cultural bondage through threats of economic destruction and, if that fails, threats to bomb that nation and people out of existence. This is the New World Order: If they are not like us, starve them or bomb them until they crack under the strain and become like us. No longer the effort to create a "homo Sovieticus," now the equally fascist idea of creating a "perfect NATO aryan superstate." It is notable that both the Soviets and NATO consider violence and murderous force to be a lawful means of creating their respective New World Order - as did Adolph Hitler.
Let us recall that the author and leader of this New World Order - this emerging prison house of nations - is a predatory sex pervert, a well proved perjurer and liar, under investigation in his own country for still worse crimes. Here is the man who claims that bombing a small, poor nation out of existence is a "humanitarian act." This humanitarian bombing" includes the use of weapons banned as barbaric and inhuman by the United Nations. What are the "humanitarian gifts" to Yugoslavia and the world? Uranium tipped warheads on their missiles. Depleted uranium has a half life of 4,000 years. The gift of NATO to any Albanians who return to bombed out Kosovo is the risk that their children and children's children will have a legacy of cancer, recalling both Chernobyl and the American war crimes in Iraq, where the same weapons have caused an epidemic of childhood cancer. Bombed hospitals, apartment buildings, schools - innocent children, old men, women, ordinary citizens mass murdered by NATO. This is the humanitarian gift of Mr Clinton and Ms Albright and their allies - this is the true face of NATO's New World Order.
Brothers and sisters, let us call it by its true name: Fascism. The NATO New World Order is Fascism pure and simple. It's weapons of conquest and imperial expansion are both economic and horrifying; barbaric weapons of mass terror and death. Fascism, brothers and sisters: and the New Fuhrer is Mr Clinton: Fascism, brothers and sisters, and the new SS is NATO. Fascism, brothers and sisters, and once more Serbs are the guardians of the gate. If Serbia survives and does not surrender, the world wins, humanity wins.
The real crises for us as Canadians is not simply that NATO has ruled that all non-NATO nations are no longer sovereign within their own borders; the crises for us is that NATO has ruled that even those nations which belong to it are no longer sovereign. NATO has ordered Canada to violate its own national law, and the Prime Minister has felt compelled to obey. NATO has silenced not only the Canadian Parliament, but also the British Parliament and the American Congress. Contrary to the laws of all three nations, their parliaments have not been allowed to debate the aggression against Yugoslavia. More shocking still, all three parliaments have passively accepted this usurpation of their prerogatives and obligations. By this very fact, even the Parliament of Canada has accepted the erosion of the national sovereignty of Canada.
NATO, a clearly aggressive military alliance, has become a supergoverment which usurps the authority and obligations of elected Parliaments, dictates the foreign policy of its constituents states and expects obedience from the heads of government of its members. NATO has arrogated to itself the right to determine which nations are sovereign and which are not, and in so doing, it has deprived the Parliaments of its member states of the authority of legislatures of sovereign nations. NATO is a supergoverment and increasingly, Canada is being governed by foreign powers, and especially by an American centred pannational military-industrial complex, a narrow oligarchy of the extremely rich and powerful, which has loyalties neither to any nation nor to the human race.
Our protests against the Neo-Fascism of NATO are not only about Yugoslavia and the Serbian and Albanian victims of NATO. They are not only protests against war, against armed aggression as a means of attempting to resolve problems. Our protests are for the sovereignty of nations. Since individual rights cannot be defended without the sovereignty of nations, nor can charters of human rights and freedoms or constitutional systems be maintained without the sovereignty of nations, our protests are about very fundamental ideas and concepts of humanity itself.
Brothers and sisters, whatever Serbia must now endure in this new crucifixion, let us understand that we are once more called upon to be the guardians of the gate. Serbia may yet save Europe from NATO Neo-Fascism, from the perversity and degeneracy of this "New World Order." God grant strength and courage to the Serbian people to persevere.
